This page isn’t pretty, but it’s me. Born and raised in the WI, I currently found “my spot” in the state where I’m in arm’s reach of my family, friends, and BF. I like food (eating it and cooking it), a good drink or two (or 6), and laughing with people. I can’t tell a story without using my hands and I’m horrible with directions. I’m OCD (self-diagnosed) when it comes to things like “even” blinds, making sure the door’s locked and perfectly folded hand towels. I have my quirks, but I guess that’s what makes me unique… just like everyone else. I always eat breakfast (they say it’s the most important meal of the day), and I could be stuffed to the gills after dinner and still find room for dessert.

Hi Smith! I connected to your blog through Kim’s new one. You are so funny…I loved reading these. Sorry if that feels like an invasion since you didn’t know I was, but it is nice to hear what you are up to. I was bummed to miss Kim’s party this weekend because I’d really like to see you all. Good luck with your LEEP results, and I look forward to reading again (if you don’t mind

Hey Smith, long time no see…I found your blog from Kim’s and it is hilarious.
Question: did you get the blog title from Mike Birbiglia? He has this funny bit about making awkward situations more awkward by opening his mouth when he shouldn’t, and the quote is “what I should have said…was nothing” and that’s all I think of when I see your blog. Please shed some light on this mystery.
